| 2,100 of the 1980 Rotary International issue were overprinted with "Service Ends/1984" in red brown ink. The overprint was made four times on each sheet of 3 x 4. The left two overprints each cover four stamps, while the right vertical pair of overprints covers only two stamps each. There were no first day or last day covers. |
